The Reserveer is the chief executive officer of the Reserve and, subject to the general direction of the Board. The Reserveer is responsible for—

1. administering and operating the Reserve;
2. discharging the Reserve’s functions and exercising its powers;
3. appointing, managing and supervising the Reserve’s employees; and
4. discharging functions and exercising powers assigned to or conferred by the Law no. 126 of 11 June 2018 or delegated by the Board.
